applications because many product quality problems –
including poor paint adhesion, corrosion and uneven
coating – can often be traced back to improper spraying.
Fortunately, recent advancements in spray technology have
helped to minimize these problems by speeding
maintenance, reducing downtime and improving overall

- 37235 adjustable ball-type nozzle has a threaded pipe connection and permits quick, convenient positioning of spray tip for accurate spray alignment and reduced over spraying.
- Hollow cone or flat ball-type spray tips are easily removed for cleaning and replacement.
- Retaining cap holds tip in position, even when the nozzle is jarred or vibrated.
- ProMax (polypropylene) body with a polyphthalamide cap and an EPDM rubber O-ring (Viton® optional) for excellent chemical and heat resistance.
- Ideal for cleaning, conversion coating, wetting and rinsing applications.
- Maximum pressure: 125 psi (8.6 mm).
- Maximum temperature: 180°F (82°C).

- 20570 Clip-Eyelet is designed to ensure easy installation and minimal maintenance downtime.
- Assembly simply snaps onto the header using spring-grade stainless steel clamps and fits 1", 1-1/4", 1-1/2" or 2" pipe with a 9/16" (14.3 mm) or 21/32" (16.7 mm) diameter drilled hole.
