Features and Benefits
- Control the flow of compressed air to a WindJet air knife manifold.
- Utilizes a photoelectric sensor with timing control.
- Controller can reduce compressed air costs by as much as 50% (based on the product being dried, product spacing, conveyor speed, air pressures, etc.).
- Timing control features a watertight NEMA 4X polyester enclosure with hinged cover and hanging brackets.
- System’s photoelectric sensor provides up to a 6.5' (2 m) sensing range, diffused mode, light on/dark on programmable sensitivity adjustment, on/off or one-shot delay timing (0.1 to 10 sec.).
