Features and Benefits

The VAA, VAU and VMAU variable spray nozzles provide uniform spray distribution, even when spraying viscous liquids.
Independent control of liquid, atomizing air, and fan air pressures is possible for fine-tuning of flow rate, drop size, spray distribution and coverage.
Can be set and re-set in seconds, simplifying application changes.
Independent air atomizing line can be adjusted to vary spray drop size without affecting liquid flow rates.
Additional inlet/outlet port allows for liquid recirculation that effectively maintains the flow of viscous liquids.
VAA offers continuous operation and consists of a body, spray set-up and plug.
VAAN features a manual shut-off needle that enables the flow of the liquid to be stopped.
VAACO features a clean-out needle that clears the liquid orifice of obstructions when activated manually.
VAANCO combines the features of the VAAN and VAACO, offering a combination shut-off/clean-out needle.
VAU offers automatic operation with a built-in shut-off/clean-out needle.
VAUPM has the same operating features as the VAU, but offers the convenience of a mounting plate.
VMAU allows for individual adjustment of the atomizing air, fan air and liquid flows and offers modular components to accommodate a wide range of spray applications.
Mounting Kit 28945-001-316SS uses clamps to mount VAA nozzles.
Mounting Kit 28945-002-SS uses rods to mount VAA nozzles.
