If your application requires air atomizing nozzles, you’ll find information on the largest selection in the industry available in this section. Choose from dozens of nozzle bodies, assemblies and spray set-ups to get the precise performance you require.
Air atomizing nozzles require a single air source for the atomizing air. Some versions, equipped with a cylinder for automatic operation or clean-out and shut-off needles, may require an additional air line. Fluid lines are required for all models. The fluid line can be pressurized or supplied using a siphon- or gravity-fed configuration. It is recommended that air and fluid lines are equipped with the proper filters, regulators and valves.
Air atomizing nozzles require spray set-ups. Each set-up consists of an air cap and fluid cap and some may also include O-rings and retainer caps. You can select from a wide assortment of capacities, spray patterns and pressure- or siphon-fed set-ups.
- Product Range:
- 1/8J and 1/4J Series nozzles are available in many configurations and operate at standard flow rates. Ranges from: 0.55 to 58.1 gph at 40 psi (4.4 to 256 l/h at 2.8 bar).
- Variable spray nozzles provide independent control of liquid, atomizing air and fan air pressure for fine tuning of flow rate, drop size, spray distribution and coverage.
- 1/2J Series nozzles offer the same features and benefits as 1/8J and 1/4J Series but operate at higher capacities. Ranges from: 22.2 to 222 gph at 40 psi (100 to 840 l/h at 2.8 bar).
- 1J Series nozzles offer the highest flow rates available. Ranges from: 120 to 906 gph at 40 psi (570 to 3240 l/h at 2.8 bar).
